This is the SECOND time I am complaining about the poor portion control at the Central Rama 3 branch, and it seems management just doesn't care. Today, I ordered the 'Beef and Hamburg' combo again, and the beef portion was shockingly small—barely one-third of what it should be. The Central World branch is 2-3 times better in both quality and quantity. If management keeps ignoring regular customers like this, I will stop eating at Pepper Lunch altogether. Unacceptable service Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The taste of the food is super really good. Unfortunately they forget items as part of the set, like they didn't have my miso soup today and they said it wasn't included and yet it was included on the bill. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
