The worst outlet that we’ve encountered. Other outlets function with 2 staff and orders move fast. From ordering to collecting, even when it’s crowded, it prob take 15 mins and max 30 mins. This outlet is also manned by 2 staff but they are not interested to take your orders or make the orders quickly. It’s as if they do it slowly so that they don’t have to make more. Queued for 20 mins in the ordering queue when there are only 2 people in front of me because the staff who’s supposed to take orders moved away. ‍ Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff was very rude. I stood at the counter to take order for 5 mins and they completely ignored me. It wasnt during peak hour and they were taking their own sweet time cooking others orders. Once i turned around and left after waiting, the 2 staff members started laughing very loudly. Quite bad attitude

This stall is totally understaffed. Only 2 person., one cooking, the other multitasking between order taking and cooking. Long queue forming but orders were only taken intermittently. By the time it was my turn to place my order after waiting for 10-15 min (coz I thought the queue was short, less than 5 in front of me!), I was told takeaway orders need to wait 40 mins!! They should have just inform those in queue about the waiting time so that we can decide whether the waiting time is ok or not. Needless to say, I walked away and bought something else. Service: 1
