Dear Pepper Lunch Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for one of your team members, HAR at your Parkway Parade outlet. My family and I dine at Pepper Lunch almost every week—it has truly become our comfort food. We keep coming back because of the consistently fresh ingredients, the excellent quality of the meat, and the overall dining experience. What makes that experience even more special is the outstanding service provided by Har. Despite the busy lunch crowds, he always greets customers with a warm smile and consistently offers thoughtful recommendations that never disappoint. What impressed me the most was how he handled a mistake with my daughter’s order on a previous visit. He immediately acknowledged the issue, kept us informed, and had the meal replaced quickly and professionally. His calm, positive attitude under pressure is commendable and reflects exceptionally well on Pepper Lunch. Employees like Har make a real difference. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for customers are the reasons people like us continue to return week after week. Please convey my heartfelt appreciation to Har. 5 stars Visited Pepper Lunch Parkway Parade today during the 1-for-1 promotion. Despite the exceptionally long queues, the service was outstanding! Huge kudos to *Mr Har* and *Ms Chloe* + the whole team. Service was quick, swift, and completely without hiccups. Queues were orderly and well-managed. Customers left with wide smiles. Special shoutout to *Har* - he’s always so nice and greets everyone with a wide smile. Makes the busy rush feel pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service! Will definitely be back. not bad for such affordable food. son had the student meal although i’m confused as to why it wasn’t offered to my daughter when she came not dressed in school uniform. the beef pepper rice (ordered for all) was quite good. place is pretty hot sometimes but a staff called mingyi was very kind to my son when he bothered him Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
