(2019/02)ペッパーランチ大好きで何年か前からここのお店に通っています。でも最近ちょっと値段が高くなり過ぎたかな｡｡｡ペッパーライス(牛肉)が185バーツ。

Today’s food and service were absolutely terrible. The staff taking orders were clearly not paying attention to their work. I ordered a hot plate beef rice with an extra egg, but they completely forgot the egg. The beef was cut into unusually large and thick pieces, nothing like the way it has always been served before. What was even more disappointing was that the hot plate wasn’t actually hot enough to cook the beef. The meat was still undercooked when it arrived at my table. They took my order back to remake it, but on the second attempt they mixed the rice and beef together without even asking me. That was never how I ordered it. I am extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the way your staff handled everything today. This was a very poor experience from start to finish. I believe not only I, but many other customers, will stop coming here for a long time until there is clear and genuine improvement. The store manager seriously needs to pay attention to these problems and fix them before even more customers lose confidence in this restaurant.
