We remember you, Mr. Lin. We got your name, phone numbers, and reservation record in our inline system, so we did text you based on the fact we know. Per our regulations clearly listed on our website: 。Down payment is required to complete your reservation. 。Reservation will be held for 10 minutes based on your reservation time. On March 18, approximately 1 month ago from today, you called us at the last moment to make reservation for 1 person at 6pm, and asked us to save 1 portion of pasta for you. Due to the time limit, we didn’t ask for down payment. Yet you came at around 18:30 (as shown on the camera) without informing us in advance that you’d be late. At that moment, we didn’t expect you to come, and that’s why we granted the seats to other customers. After we informed you that your reservation was cancelled and the table was given away, you didn’t ask politely. You went out and came inside our restaurant at least 2 times, double checking the same regulations, without respecting the fact that we were serving other customers. After March 18, you kept calling us to make reservation at least once a week. But because of your no-show record, our restaurant is always full to you. Today, April 15, you texted us via Instagram to make reservation, and questioned about our down payment rule, saying that you didn’t pay the down payment before and asking if you called by phone to make reservation then there’s no need for the down payment. Finally, you wired the down payment, and asked “這樣ok了嗎？”. We confirmed we received the down payment, asked for your last name and phone number, then our inline system immediately recognized you in our blacklist. That’s when we told you clearly that you are in our blacklist and returned your down payment. We don’t understand why you insisted on asking us multiple times the reason why we put you in the blacklist, because we think it’s basic manner to respect restaurant rules and to show up in time. We are not obligated to remind you the very basic.

Edit: As far as I know, most of the restaurants that use inline system state their rules clearly in the description to prevent potential misunderstanding. Our rules are made for a reason, and we do the down payment thing manually cause there’s some demands that the system cannot fulfill. Our down payment details are provided via inline’s Line messages. From our end, it shows the messages were sent to you successfully, so it’s also a shock to us that you went to our place yesterday. I cannot attach any image here, but please double check if you see them from your inline’s Line messages. Hope this helps. —- On our inline reservation page, it’s clearly stated that “Monday is for reservations only,” and that “Down payment is required to complete your reservation. “ After you made the reservation on inline, we texted you our reservation rule again, and gave you the detailed information about the down payment. We didn’t receive any response nor down payment by deadline, so had to cancel your reservation based on our reservation rule. I believe you can find all the above from your inline text message.
