We booked and prepaid for our table in advance, so we expected a welcoming and professional experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed unfriendly and unaccommodating. During the meal, they forgot to bring my daughter’s pizza, spilled water on our table, and showed very little flexibility with simple food requests. The most disappointing part was being asked to take our 1-year-old son outside because he was making noise. While we understand that restaurants need to consider other guests, the way the situation was handled felt rude and lacking in empathy toward families with young children. The pasta was good, and the food quality was generally nice, which makes the overall experience even more disappointing. Dining out should be about enjoying both the food and the atmosphere, but the hospitality and customer service here fell far below expectations. One of the worst restaurant experiences I have had. Good food alone cannot make up for feeling unwelcome throughout the entire meal. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Arrived at 7:10 pm on Thursday and restaurant was quiet. Ordered the for two menu with salad, carbonara pasta, jambon pizza and pork steak. It was one of the best meals of my life. Every bite was divine. Ingredients are extremely fresh and unique to Jeju Island. Menu is small and effective. The staff were attentive and gave us free sparkling water as well. Would return to Jeju for this meal alone. It was also very cheap / affordable ($77 USD with wine, would have cost likely $150 in US). Price per person: ₩50,000–60,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
