1. with no one in queue, waited about few minutes to order my dessert. 2 staffs there but both ignore me & walk off.
2. Finally 1 staff came and ask for my order with a very rude tone. Before packing my order, she slam the ladle in the container to the other side.
3. I walk off without buying anything. I know service line can be very tough but you must also understand we paid for foods and it's not free. Why vent your frustration on the customers
Time at 9.15am to 9.30am. Boss of the stall can view CCTV footage to see the service standards of that staff.
The staff here is not happy at all.
Do expect the low service standard.
