Was at Pezzo White Sand Pasir Ris outlet. The pick up time is due so I went up to check whether my order is ready for pick up. Then the staff doesn’t care and just chit chat among themselves. Then slowly the guy took the chicken drummets and pizza to reheat. Then I ask again is my order ready to pick up. The guy shouted at me “cannot wait ah” ... I told them the order was pushed to me 11 mins ago and it’s due time to pick up and you just start to prepare the order. He then shouted again “ what’s my name! if cannot wait for the order don’t accept the order “
This such rudeness and unacceptable behaviour cannot be tolerated. When I took of food delivery uniform I’m still a customer and patron. I’m really sorry to say this. I’m not going to recommend Pezzo pizza to anybody and I did try your pizza once. It’s sucks.
