もともとはお母さんのご飯を出す食堂が外観、内観スタイリッシュにこちらのエリアに出店。クオリティーは1店舗目と変わらず洒落た感じからデート使い多数。1皿のボリュームが多く1人では飽きるので数名での訪問がおすすめ。シグネイチャーの目玉焼き乗せ炒飯は必食。

Review: Phed Phed Bistro – Unacceptable Wait Time for a Complete Meal Our visit to Phed Phed Bistro was frustrating due to the excessive wait time for our food. While some dishes arrived earlier, it took a staggering 1.5 hours for all the food to be served, which made for a disjointed and disappointing dining experience. The service was poorly managed—no clear updates, no apologies, and no sense of urgency. We had to sit there watching others eat while some of us waited endlessly for our dishes. This lack of coordination made it impossible to enjoy the meal together, which should be a basic expectation at any restaurant. By the time the last dish finally arrived, the experience had already been ruined. While the flavors were decent, they didn’t make up for the poor service and long wait. If Phed Phed Bistro wants to maintain a good reputation, they seriously need to improve their kitchen efficiency and service coordination. As it stands, I wouldn’t recommend dining here unless you have time to waste. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿400–500
