The food is decent and the restaurant has potential, but unfortunately the entire experience is ruined by the attitude of the staff, especially the cashier. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and honestly quite disrespectful. Customer service is just as important as the food, and in this case it completely overshadowed the meal. The pho itself was good, but it wasn’t really authentic Vietnamese pho. It was missing some traditional ingredients, and most importantly, it was only lukewarm when it should have been served properly hot. Overall, the food is acceptable, but because of the poor service and the cashier’s attitude, I won’t be coming back. A smile and basic respect towards customers would make a huge difference. Price per person: HK$150–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Decent service but the food wasn’t great, unsure how you can get the cold vermicelli noodle dish wrong tbh:( the noodles tasted “unfresh” - clearly they were cooked the night before, fridged & not soaked properly when reusing The chicken salad & pho was ok though Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$100–150 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
