BROTH PERFECTION Pho Vietz truly impressed me with their authentic Vietnamese flavours and warm hospitality. We ordered the Banh Cuon, Bun Bo Hue, and Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli (dried version). The standout dish was definitely the Bun Bo Hue — the broth was incredibly rich, flavourful, and absolutely on point. It was so good that I came back a second time just to have it again. The grilled lemongrass chicken was equally satisfying, with a delicious smoky aroma that added great depth to the dish. Prices are very reasonable for the quality served, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the meal. Highly recommended for Vietnamese food lovers.

Food is quite tasty - especially the vegetarian rice roll, so not sure the low ratings are deserved. We had the vegetarian pho - soup was quite umami. We also had the banh mi which had generous filling and was quite delicious. Good value for money, and also this is quite a vegetarian friendly place - several options and they were even mindful not to provide fish sauce when we ordered vegetarian food. We’d return again! Service was bad, especially the 3 supervisors were in black faces. The way that they talked were rude. 1 of them was making baguette but at the same time chit-chatting with her colleague, does baguette have to be furnished with saliva? Only one uncle waiter was greeting us with a smile when we first arrived but sadly, he had to knock off after a while. $0.50 can get different sizes of cold water. First time small glass 2nd time bigger. $0.50 is cheap, yet what’s the standard? Food wise, don’t expect too much, it’s kuey tiaw instead of the real Viet Pho noodle.
