The worst bar and the worst service I've And the worst cleanliness ever seen. I visited the place with my friend and we ordered a bottle of whiskey, along with some snacks. The waiter told me that his bottle of whiskey did not include a free mixer; I understood the place's policy, even though it's usually different. He served me a bottle of whiskey without ice!! He asked if I needed ice, and I said of course I did, but when I got the bill, I was shocked to find the ice included, costing 80 baht!! What the hell is this? I have never in my life seen a nightclub ask customers to pay for ice. Despite all that, I paid the bill in advance because I came to enjoy my time. But what really angered me was that the waiter placed the cola and whiskey bottles without pouring the drinks or even opening the cola bottles!! Does the nightclub ask customers to open cola bottles with their teeth? We called the waiter again to open the cola bottles and pour the whiskey. This the basic service!! But the waiter opened the cola bottles and left without pouring the whiskey into the glasses. With over 10 years of experience managing 5-star restaurants and nightclubs, I can say that this place is a complete and utter failure from an administrative standpoint.
