I had an amazing experience at Phoever restaurant. The flavors were authentic, and every dish brought me back to the taste of Vietnam. The pho was perfectly seasoned, and the fresh spring rolls were so delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a taste of Vietnam in Taiwan. On top of that the owner is not beautiful but also incredibly kind and friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
