I honestly did not know what to expect when I first signed up for Action Point. I was searching for something in Thailand for a wellness retreat. I was needing a reset in my life, get away from all the noise from home and work and really just clear my head and have a fresh start, both physical and mental health. I found Action Point! I cannot express in words on what a great experience I had being there. Chris was extremely welcoming even when I first reached out to him, so kind, caring, and really listens works with you goals and outcomes! Gareth was such an amazing person, welcomed me with open arms and enjoyed all of the classes he facilitated (Zumba, aqua fit, trivia!). Had PT with Jany who is incredible and thoughtful in guiding me with the right posture and weight training. I cannot say enough about the entire AP family they were all so great! I also met some amazing people and just listening to their stories was inspiring to really live life. Food was top notch, the facility was superb, the room was a 5 star stay and service was A+! A massive THANK YOU again to the Action Point family! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming! I left feeling inspired and motivated and I cannot wait to share my experience with my friends and family back home. I am coming back next year and making it an annual tradition for me. I left feeling happy, energized, and excited what will come next for me. If you’re thinking about signing up for the Action Point retreat, stop snd just do it! I promise it will be worth it! I had a fantastic experience at Action Point Fitness Retreat in Phuket. The trainers were knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping everyone succeed. Excellent gym with everything you need for both strength training and cardio. The management and all the employees are exceptional, friendly, and always welcoming. The atmosphere is positive and motivating, and the equipment is well maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to train in Phuket!
