The guest checked in during the daytime but did not actually stay and left the hostel without informing us. She returned very late at night. Although she booked an upper bunk bed, she demanded a lower bunk, which normally has a higher price. We still provided a lower bunk free of charge to accommodate her. After that, she repeatedly complained and changed her requests many times. She said she did not like the bed because it was too close to the air conditioner, then claimed the bed had already been used, which was not true. The bed was empty and unused. She later complained about stains on the bedsheet, claiming they were blood. However, the stains were not blood; they were old cosmetic stains (such as lipstick or herbal liquid) that cannot be completely removed by washing but were already cleaned and hygienic. Other guests in the room confirmed this as well. At the same time, the hostel was dealing with an urgent water pump failure, which affected all guests. This required immediate attention. Despite this, she continued to demand constant changes and expected to be prioritized over all other guests, without understanding that the water issue impacted everyone. Her repeated complaints and loud behavior caused discomfort to other guests in the shared room, and they contacted the staff to complain about her behavior. After multiple attempts to accommodate her requests, the situation continued to disturb other guests. For the comfort and well-being of the rest of the guests, we decided to refund her in full and ask her to leave the hostel. This decision was made to maintain a peaceful and respectful shared environment.
