全体的に部屋が埃っぽく、掃除が行き届いていない印象。また部屋の湿気が高いからか寝具は湿っていて生乾きのような状態でした。。 もう少し金額が安ければ価格相当だなと納得できましたが、5つ星ホテルなだけに残念。スタッフさんの対応や、プールはとてもよかったです。(チェックインは他の方も仰ってますが1〜2時間待ちました。) またこれはこちらの完全な下調べ不足ですが、どこに行くのも時間がかかります。空港は1時間半、パトンは1時間、オールドタウンも30分ほど。プーケットのタクシー代は馬鹿にならないので、プーケットのあちこちを観光したい方にはおすすめしません。宿泊されている方は、みんな近くのセブンイレブンで食べ物を買い込み、ホテルのラウンジや海沿いでゆっくりして過ごしていました。

The hotel has a stunning ocean view. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite Family Room, super spacious, with an ocean view and bunk beds that the kids loved. Service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Anton made our check-in quick and easy, Nat was very helpful throughout, and Nan at Tamarind was warm and kind. Food was exceptional! Thanks to Kai :) We’ll definitely be back! Service: 5
