アイストースト150バーツ。待って、めちゃめちゃ美味しいやん！！！外はカリカリでアイスと染み込んだバターで中はじゅわじゅわ。ここまでは見た目から想像してたけど、なんと程よい塩味も効いてる！有塩バターなのか塩入れてるのか謎だけどこの塩味が最高だった！

Nestled in the heart of Phuket Town on Ranong Road, Phuketique Coffee Bar is a hidden gem that perfectly blends modern café culture with a touch of Thai charm. During our visit, we indulged in their highly praised offerings, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. We tried the Burnt Butter Toast with Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream—a symphony of textures and flavors. The toast was perfectly golden and crispy, generously layered with caramelized butter, which paired beautifully with the creamy, velvety Hokkaido milk ice cream. Every bite was heavenly. Equally impressive was the Burnt Butter Toast with Biscoffee Speculoos and Fresh Milk Ice Cream. The nutty, spiced sweetness of the speculoos spread added a cozy warmth to the dish, while the fresh milk ice cream provided a clean, milky balance. This creative take on a classic dessert showcased the café’s knack for innovation. To complement our sweet indulgence, we enjoyed a Hot Caramel Macchiato, which was skillfully prepared. The rich espresso base was balanced by the perfect hint of caramel sweetness, offering a comforting yet robust drink to round out our meal. The ambiance of Phuketique is another highlight—it’s inviting, cozy, and ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Phuket Town.
