Dear, Joyce Lim, We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the takeaway box charge. We strive to be transparent, and we understand how this may have caused frustration. The $5 charge is outlined in our terms and conditions, ( promotion pizza $1) which we aim to make as clear as possible. However, I appreciate your feedback and will work to improve our communication and we will work to better improve the experience of all of our guests, while maintaining the proper dining regulations at our concept. As such, we will ensure all our staff are properly trained to handle the situation and to enforce necessary restrictions fairly at our restaurants.
