They cancel bookings without any explanations. I provided a phone number and an email adress, these informations are mandatory to create a Catchtable account so they have all informations to contact you but they prefer just to cancel. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They cancel bookings without any explanations. I provided a contact number and an email, 2 different ways to contact me. It is impossible to book a table without providing a phone number and a email of course. Edit : Since an email address is required to create a Catchtable account, that excuse isn’t valid. It’s disappointing to see such bad faith in a public Google response. The best things to do for you is to control your bookings. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

안녕하세요 피키오 입니다. 예약 당시에 만석이었고, 따로 연락 드릴 연락처를 기재해 주시지 않으셔서, 별도의 설명없이 취소해 드릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 저희 매장은 아무런 이유 없이 예약을 취소하지 않습니다.외국인 캐치테이블 예약의 경우, 캐치테이블 계정 생성과는 무관하게 매장에서 이메일과 전화번호를 확인 할 방법이 없습니다. 자세한 시스템 문의는 캐치테이블 측에 확인 부탁 드리오며, 직접 예약하실 경우 매장으로 연락 부탁드립니다.
