Glad I found this place. Pildong Myeonok served one of the most memorable naengmyeon I’ve had in Seoul. The broth was rich, deep, and full of flavor without feeling too heavy, and the noodles had that perfect chewy texture I always hope for. You can really tell they take pride in what they do here. I only tried the naengmyeon this time, but it was so good that I’m already planning to come back and explore more of the menu. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
