Food is great, especially their butter. However, the staff should be trained better. It’s not that they were unfriendly or rude, but they lacked the appropriate manners and professionalism for the position. While I was ordering, one of the staff members was picking his nose, which was quite off-putting. Communication was also difficult. Since he couldn’t speak Thai properly, I switched to English. I do admire his effort in trying to speak Thai, but it unfortunately led to some misunderstandings. For example, I asked for a flavor recommendation and the staff described it as “หวาน” (sweet in Thai). However, when the food arrived, it was actually quite salty and sour, which made the experience less enjoyable for me. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Staff couldn't even get my order right after trying to help them get it right for almost 20 minutes. Apparently D1 and D7 look too similar to separate them apart. Horrible and useless staff. I wouldn't trust them to make a sandwich worth anything if they can't even read or count. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is a clever concept, bringing artisanal, sourdough-based brunch fare to a premium mall setting. We opted for the "Essential Platter" (THB 360), a well-priced sampler featuring plain, jalapeño and cheese, and Japanese sweet potato sourdough. Paired with a full flight of seven distinct butters, it serves as an excellent introductory tasting for those looking to explore different flavor profiles. While the sourdough isn't quite at a Michelin-star level of complexity yet, it is more than sufficient for an upscale weekend brunch. The experience is further elevated by the service.
