I visited a hidden café in Gangnam called "Pino" and tried their signature drink, the "Forest Latte." You're supposed to first scoop off the floating, condensed milk-like topping with a spoon and then drink it like an Einspänner. The café had unique menu offerings and a great atmosphere, making me want to visit again. The Einspänner is typically enjoyed by first drinking the coffee without mixing the whipped cream, then gradually mixing in a little whipped cream as you go, and finally, mixing it completely toward the end.
