Hi Zack Kates,Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused you.We expect our team to honor the operating hours communicated to our guests. Closing early at 8:40 PM after confirming a 9:00 PM seating is not reflective of our standards, and we will address this directly with our staff at the EmSphere branch to ensure it does not happen again. While we are disappointed that we let you down at this location, we are very glad our sister branch at Emporium was able to welcome you and provide a 5-star meal. We hope you will give our EmSphere location another chance in the future so we can provide the seamless experience you deserve.Best regards,The Management Team at Piri Piri Flaming Grill EmSphere
