The Pisces has been in Sheung Shui for as long as I could remember and it is a trusty restaurant offering above average western style cha chaan tang meals. Its menu features a number of relatively innovative dishes and the delivery is always good. I ordered a chicken leg tea set and it is served with heart, with the upper bone of the two-part drumstick removed. Instead of the commonly fried chicken leg, this one was baked with honey coating. I always enjoy coming here if I can’t stomach another common cha chaan teng meal. Prices are more than reasonable for the quality that it delivers.
