Our group of 5 was seated at the counter & Chef Jun impressed me with his patience in handling my $h!+-stirring guest friend who loves to test a chef’s sense of humor. We ordered: omakase starter platter, bruschetta, tuna tartar, miso burrata, caramelised pate, bacon thingy, shrimp ahijo, crab croquettes, premium oysters, wagyu croquette, beef tongue stew, iberico clam stew, stuffed cabbage rolls & uni pasta. It was a LOT of food. I had a sake sangria while my companions had wine & beer. It all came up to $600. The ambience was intimate (we also chatted with others sitting at the counter). Overall, well worth the price for such a charming experience, which is hard to find outside of private dining these days in Singapore. Visit Piu M if you’re tired of the same old same old. Or if it is Midnight-Diner style supper you’re after, they do that too (and classic Japanese curry rice only at lunch). Atmosphere: 5

Had a good time at Piu M, mostly thanks to the chef’s personality. It’s a lean operation, just the chef cooking and helping out with service alongside one other server. so you have to go in with the right mindset. Our dinner clocked in at 3 hours, which we were totally fine with, but definitely don't come here if you’re looking for a quick bite. The culinary philosophy here is simple: slap butter on everything. If you’re a fan of rich, indulgent flavors, you’ll be happy. Some of my favourite dishes were: burrata crostini, risotto, beef tongue stew, wagyu croquette. The uni pasta was just alright, and the tiramisu is too sweet for my liking. Overall the dishes are above average. Prices add up quickly too. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Loved the food - thank you chef . I’ve been trying to come here since 2024 and now finally managed to! My fiancé and I really loved the food, and can’t wait to return next time to try more dishes. Wish we could have stayed longer for the 10:30-11pm window to try the carby dishes.
