Extremely noisy and disappointing dine-in experience I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The dining area was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. Instead of maintaining a pleasant environment for paying customers, the staff were constantly talking very loudly among themselves and cracking jokes in Thai. Their conversations and laughter were loud enough to become a major disturbance to people who were trying to eat and enjoy their meals. A restaurant should be a place where customers can sit down, have their food, and enjoy a reasonably comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. The staff seemed far more focused on their own conversations and entertainment than on maintaining a professional environment for customers. The situation was particularly unpleasant because some people were even sleeping on the dining chairs. Whether they were waiting for something or simply using the restaurant as a place to rest, the overall scene contributed to an atmosphere that felt poorly managed and completely inappropriate for a proper dine-in experience. Management seriously needs to pay attention to what is happening in the dining area. CCTV should be checked regularly, not just for security purposes but also to understand the actual customer experience when management is not directly present. Customers are paying for the food and the service, and they deserve a clean, respectful, and reasonably comfortable environment. Staff should be reminded that their workplace is not a private social gathering. Talking, joking, and laughing loudly among themselves—especially while customers are dining—is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I strongly recommend that management take this complaint seriously, monitor the staff and dining area more closely, and establish clear standards for staff behavior and noise levels. If the restaurant cannot provide a comfortable atmosphere for customers who are paying to dine in, then there is a serious problem with the way the establishment is being managed.
