I always love their carbonara. It was perfect. But their delivery service is always not available. I never think they are busy because when I go to the restaurant, it's almost empty. It's frustrating that we can't order anytime. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered pizza. What arrived was an archaeological discovery of bread with a few toppings sprinkled in the center like someone dropped them by accident. Pizza Hut Thailand has clearly reinvented pizza. Apparently the new recipe is 95% crust, 4% hope, and 1% toppings. The box looked promising. I opened it expecting a pizza but instead I found what appears to be a circular bread pillow with emotional support cheese in the middle. The scallop pizza had about seven scallops total, carefully placed so they never accidentally touch each other. The rest of the pizza was just empty real estate. Even the sauce seems to have taken the day off. The “truffle pizza” was even more impressive. I believe the truffle pieces were placed using satellite precision, making sure there is at least 20 square centimeters of empty bread between each one. For 559 THB I expected pizza. Instead I received a bread life lesson. Congratulations Pizza Hut — you made 500 baht today, but you also created the first pizza in history that needs a treasure map to find the toppings. If this is the new “airy dough” concept mission accomplished. The toppings have plenty of air around them. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
