Disappointing service and ruined food due to careless staff Earlier this evening, I went to collect a single pizza ordered at the Pizza Hut in LOHAS Mall. I showed my order details to a staff member named Nada, who was busy talking and laughing with a colleague before finally telling the chef to prepare it. I waited right in front of the main entrance and cashier. After a while, I saw a pizza come out. Nada boxed it, bagged it, and then placed it to the side while continuing to chat and laugh with 3–4 other colleagues. I stood there waiting for over 10 minutes, yet no one told me my food was ready, and my order number was never displayed on the monitor! ️ Finally, Nada casually pointed to it and said, "This is your pizza." I was furious and incredibly disappointed. I had been standing right in front of her the entire time while my hot pizza sat there sweating, getting cold and soggy inside the box. To make matters worse, the pizza itself was of incredibly poor quality. The crust/edge wasn't even what I ordered, and it looked completely different from the photo shown when ordering. The overall quality was really bad—not even close to a standard pizza. When I expressed my disappointment about the wait, Nada didn't even seem sorry. This was highly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Management seriously needs to look into this branch and take action regarding staff training and food quality. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $150–200
