I am a restaurant owner in hk. I have a lot of branches. Just went for a pizza hut dine in whampoa just for pizza cravings. I feel bad about the staffs. 1 only in the floor, one is doing delivery and 1 cashier. Is pizza hut hk saving man power???? Do the owners care for their shop? It was So bad, I am not saying that people don't have to go and eat here. But the service really really bad due to less man power. We feel like we just went to a low level Chinese restaurant. I feel sorry for the staffs they work very hard. The management should fix this. They spend a lot of commercials and yet, can't even afford staffs. So bad Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The food is good but the lady cashier at night time with very long nails is always on her phone and is very very rude and looks very annoyed when handing out the order Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 1
