It’s hit or miss. Ordered pizza today it was cold and hard, like leftover, hard pizza. Waste of money. It’s never very good, sometimes it’s “decent”, but after today I won’t be ordering again, considering how it’s already overpriced compared to the states Pizza Hut. Food: 1

I ordered a large pizza with all pepperoni and half jalapeños. After sitting down, I noticed on my receipt that the cashier had entered left pepperoni and right all jalapeños, which was not what I ordered. I immediately went back to let them know, but I was told the pizza was already in the oven. I didn’t want to cause a scene in the lobby, so I let it go, even though pizza is not cheap and orders should be taken carefully. Unfortunately, the pizza was also very overcooked, and the quality was poor. I would rate it a 2 out of 5. I was disappointed that no one offered to remake the pizza or even provide a small discount for the mistake. Mistakes happen, but the lack of care and customer service made the experience frustrating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
