I visited on July 4, 2026, at around 1:30 PM. The food was delicious, but unfortunately, my experience with one of the staff members was very disappointing. When I called him to take my order, he refused and told me to order online instead. Just a few moments later, another customer came in, sat at the table opposite me, and the same staff member happily took their order with a smile. This made me feel that I was treated differently because I was a tourist, and it came across as discriminatory. It was the first negative experience I’ve had in Singapore. The restaurant’s cleanliness also needs improvement, and the way the food was presented felt outdated. If I knew how to contact the branch manager, I would file a formal complaint about this staff member’s behavior. I hope the management takes customer service seriously because no customer should feel treated unfairly. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We visited with a large group and had a fantastic experience. The staff was accommodating and managed our table without any issues. Despite being a big party, the food was served quickly and arrived hot. The ambience was great—perfect for a relaxed meal. Definitely a reliable spot for group gatherings. Pizza Hut never fails to impress. We’ve visited several Pizza Hut outlets over the years, and we’re always amazed by the consistency in their food quality. The Marina Square outlet was no exception. We came in a group of 10 and ordered two 4-person Hut Savers sets, along with a few additional add-ons. Everything arrived promptly, and the service was efficient despite our larger group size. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and just as satisfying as we’ve come to expect. Overall, it was another great dining experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this outlet again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
