Got the wrong order and wrote in to the app for feedback, got back within 5 minutes through a phonecall and was compensated back the correct flavour in addition of a complimentary side. Although it was for a party and we were upset that we didn’t get the correct flavour, I am grateful for the service recovery kreta ayer outlet has given. Food: 5 Service: 5

childhood comfort eats! they regularly get our pizza choice wrong though hmmm but thankfully when we call, they are ok to send a replacement. food quality varies. sometimes lotsa toppings, sometimes not much. pizza sometimes dry, sometimes just right. but we love the familiar taste and somehow, other pizza delivery places don’t quite measure up even though prices are competitive. our other regular pizzafavourites include Canadian 2 for 1, ALT pizza, Flock cafe and other eateries that don’t necessarily specialize in pizza, but the happy childhood memory has always been Pizza Hut. don’t you guys agree? :-) keep up the good work please! Food: 3 Service: 4 Price per person: $20–30
