Food is great as usual. Nothing to complain about. But service...first off when i asked if my order is ready cause the order says completed. The man checked and then said: "you having here or take away?" When i told him dine in, he say chey i thought you takeaway, need to wait la. So fine. Anyway I was just checking. After another 5mins they served the pizza without the drinks. When I approached them again for the drinks, they said they don't have sprite or green tea, only coke. Im like then why do you sell it on the menu? They just handed me the coke and went away. Gosh. This is really bad. The staff is only bothered and focus on preparing the mass amount of takeaway orders and cant even be bothered to take a second look or speak a word more to anyone else standing at the counter. Pizza hut desperately needs to send their staff for some customer service experience training. Also, every table is just left there after dine ins. A table has soiled dishes left over when I arrived but until im done like an hour later, it was still left there. Staff cant be bothered to step out of the prep area to do any clearing. There was 32 minute wait for my order to be completed. An order meant to be ready at 7pm, but wasn't even made until 7 20pm. And when I specified no onions in my pizza, both had onions, which resulted in the next 12 mins wasted. To be more precise, a staff named Vanni (if I remembered correctly) was rather impatient and was the one who got my order wrong, the one who caused this 30 minute delay. However, the rest of the staff were far better and are competent in comparison. In particular, a Malay female staff, who I could not remember her name, helped resolve my wrong order, and was apologetic for the error. In contrast to Vanni, who was indifferent to it and shrugged it off. Nevertheless, this has been an experience too awful, and I would recommend anyone with time that's worth spending to have their meals anywhere else. For instance Wingstop or Subway, which are just right next to this Pizzahut. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1
