Order take away and was greeted by friendly staff. Assisted me in making a choice and my food was ready in just a few minutes. I would recommend my friends to come here Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Extremely disappointed with the service from Pizza Hut. We placed an order and waited longer than the estimated delivery time, which was still understandable at first. However, the order was later delivered by an external party via Foodpanda and we received a completely wrong order. We tried contacting the delivery rider but could not get through. We then called Pizza Hut’s hotline multiple times. One staff member said he would call us back after finding a solution, but we never received any follow-up. After repeatedly calling again, another staff member named Shireen assured us she would contact the relevant team and update us, but we are still waiting. The entire process has already taken almost 4 hours. We still have not had our dinner, and the issue remains unresolved. This level of service is unacceptable. I am still expecting a proper refund and resolution.
