Honestly, this feedback goes to Pizza Hut HQ, for getting back to me with regards to my double charged order. Their customer service is impeccable and I must say that they are calm in handling the matters, to get back to me even after I missed their calls. Special shout out and greatful thanks for Ms Iqah, for handling my situation and going all out to do a service recovery on behalf of Pizza Hut. She is efficient and polite, and definitely calm in handling the situation. Really appreciate her goodwill service and much respect goes to her. Pizza Hut, please reward her well, as she handled this service recovery with respect and patience. Had a really great experience at Pizza Hut Tampines Greenview! The staff were friendly, patient, and very attentive throughout our visit. Our food was served hot and fresh, and everything tasted amazing especially the pizza and sides. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Service was efficient even though it was quite busy. Definitely one of the better Pizza Hut outlets I’ve visited. Will surely come back again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service was excellent at Pizza Hut Tampines Green View. I visited on 26th February at about 1900hrs and the experience was truly pleasant. Although the store was busy during the dinner crowd, the service experience and food quality were not compromised at all. The staff were warm, friendly and very attentive. The lady staff took the initiative to give helpful recommendations, which made ordering easier and value for money. The pizza was served hot and fresh, with generous toppings and great flavour. Despite the peak hour rush, the team managed everything efficiently. The dining area was also clean and comfortable. Kudos to the team for maintaining such high standards. Well done!
