シンガポールには50 Best Pizzaに載っているお店もありますが、ここのピザがシンガポールで一番美味しいと思います。この生地のピザはなかなか食べられません。 一枚一枚はそこそこの値段がしますが、大きいので家族で2枚のピザ、パスタ1つくらいで十分の量です。 子供がいたのですが、チョコレートジェラートをサービスでくれましたし、料理の提供スピードもクイックで申し分ありません。 定期的に通おうと思います。. Food: ingredients: for all the food was top notch. However... One of the pizza was a burnt, on the sides. Not world champion execution. Service: has a feeling more of a mess hall than a restaurant, rushing food on the table isn't the Italian approach to a meal. The appetizer and main pasta dish arrived 2 minutes apart, making my pasta cold and overcooked by the time time I had finished with the appetizer. Focaccia was quite thin, more like schiacciatina with garlic. Again served after the appetizer & pasta and with the other pizzas we had ordered. The pasta, guanciale di manzo, for $36, was great, but looked like half a portion, left hungry one of our guests. We asked for parmigiano cheese, they forgot, cup with no ice they forgot, and at 10.15pm the waiter came to close the bill because he said they are closing, I said doesn't this place close at 11pm? He said 10.30. Hospitality close to 0. When I asked to speak to the manager, he seemed not to understand that appetizer should be served not at the same time as the main meal. I asked if there was anyone that speaks Italian in the restaurant, they said no. Ottimo cibo, peccato per il servizio. Cmq grazie, jamme ya! Atmosphere is great, some Italian music would help with the atmosphere instead of radio hits. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

That said, we are sorry to learn that several aspects of your dining experience did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologise for the burnt edges on one of the pizzas, the missed requests for Parmesan cheese and ice, and for the impression that service felt rushed. Regarding the timing of the dishes, our team generally serves food as soon as it is ready from the kitchen to ensure guests receive each item at its best quality. However, we understand that in your case the pacing of the meal was not ideal and impacted your enjoyment of the pasta. We will review this with the team to ensure better communication and coordination moving forward. We also apologise if our explanation regarding the order of service did not adequately address your concerns at the time. We always appreciate guest feedback and will use your comments as an opportunity to improve both our service standards and guest experience. Thank you once again for your feedback. Had a wonderful dining experience at Pizzeria Vincenzo Capuano. The pizza was absolutely delicious — authentic Italian style with a soft, chewy crust and rich flavorful toppings. Every bite tasted fresh and well-balanced. You can tell they pay attention to quality ingredients and proper technique. The staff were also friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place for pizza lovers and definitely worth visiting if you enjoy authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. Would happily come back again.
