From the very first moment I met Michele (the wonderful owner and mastermind behind the whole vision and company), he has always been nothing short of incredible. His inspiring ability to just feel what you want to eat (flavours, instinct and more), his infectious personality, the unique vibe and ambiance (and the fact it’s all part of his own home), his relentless memory of all your favourite foods (what you like / what you don’t fancy), are just a few examples of pure artistic talent in the hospitality industry. I have been fortunate enough to travel and experience many restaurants - particularly in Thailand - and I can firmly say that my personal experience, my meals, and interaction with, not only Michele, but the other customers, never fails to deliver. If you’re looking for an intimate, unique Italian experience - look no further.
