Had a really disappointing experience here. Three of us came for dinner, and while my two colleagues were seated and getting ready to place the order, I briefly went to use the washroom. A staff member approached me quite rudely and said that I had to place the order before using the restroom. I politely explained that my colleagues were already seated and we were about to order, but she continued blocking me and insisted that I go outside, place the order first, and then come back. I understand that the restaurant may sometimes deal with difficult customers, but concerns should still be communicated politely and professionally. I’ve visited many restaurants in Pattaya, and this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. To make things worse, as I saw even the washrooms did not seem to be in good condition, as they were only covered with curtains, which did not feel very proper or comfortable. Unfortunately, because of the way we were treated, I’m unable to recommend this place. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
