Bad service. They massed up our credit card. We left our credit card open, and they gave us someone’s credit card back. They were so careless and don’t care about customers’ rights. I highly recommended if you try to enjoy your trip in Hong Kong, then never visit PLAYERS bar in Wan Chai. You will end up very disappointed.
The staffs there don’t respect any woman, they treat you like a “thief”. I can’t believe they are so Patriarchy and this is 21st century!!! The manager is a white guy who is totally a worst person I have ever seen. Don’t ever go this place. Bad service, bad environment, bad food. Even we asked a glass of water, they still ask you to purchase a bottle of water which is ridiculous price. And I am going to write more about this place and the horrible white guy manager on the public media to let more people know.
