ジュニアスイートルームに宿泊しました。外にジャグジー付のお風呂があり、波の音を聞きながらお湯に浸かれます。洗剤もあるので、泡風呂を楽しむこともできます。 トイレはウォシュレットなしですが、ペーパーは流せます。 無料の飲料水2本とコーヒー紅茶セットがあります。あと、有料ですがお菓子や飲み物(冷蔵庫内に)もあります。 朝食ビュッフェはプールサイドのレストランです。卵料理はいくつか種類があり、シェフに作ってほしいものを伝えてその場で作ってもらえます。 日本語は通じません。英語は通じますが、フロントの方も早口で説明されるので、英語が得意じゃない私達は少し戸惑いました。部屋に説明が載っているQRコードがあるので、それを読み込んで翻訳した方が確実です。 あと、南国なので仕方ないですが部屋に小さなアリの群れが出ました。虫除けスプレーかティッシュで対応できる程度です。 車はホテル前の道路脇に駐車できます。基本はコーンが置いてあるので、駐車したい場合はホテル前あたりでハザードをつけるとガードマンが案内してくれます。

No words could describe the beauty of this hotel. The view from every corner of the hotel was breathtaking. We chose the seaview room - and we got the perfect view of the sea each morning. As we checked in, the staff asked us on our preferred fragrance oil to place in the room and the smell lingers throughout the room. Wished that they would top up the oil daily because it smells so nice. We did encounter a huge cockroach in our room on our first day of stay, which was unfortunate but we quickly called room service to clear it out. No iron was provided in the room but you could request for it easily. The tv was not a smart tv, but there were a few english channels to keep us entertained. The walls are not soundproof so we could hear the tv from our next door neighbour while we slept. Our bedsheets also had a weird smell to it, so we had to call the housekeepers to change everything. In terms of cleanliness in the room, it was okay for me. The hotel itself has seen better days but everything was still maintained properly. The place is not the most convenient, as there are no shops nearby. The nearest 7-11 is probably a 10 mins walk and halal food eateries would be another 20-25 mins. We had to book grab to go to the street area so maybe renting motor would be a better idea. All the staffs were generous with their service and friendly. They spoke perfect english and they made us feel welcome in Phuket. You can never get this view anywhere - and it indeed is a view that i will miss.

Although I don’t normally like to write reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience at Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel & Villas because what my family and I went through there is too important not to share. To celebrate our daughter’s birthday, we booked our rooms at this hotel through Agoda at a rate that included breakfast. Upon check-in, the hotel manager, Tony, informed us that breakfast was not included and that we would have to pay THB 600 per person. He insisted we contact Agoda directly to resolve the issue. We showed him a message from Agoda confirming that our booking did include breakfast. However, he refused to accept this and demanded a revised booking confirmation from Agoda. This necessitated a joint call with hotel staff to Agoda to clarify the situation. During the call, the Agoda CS representative confirmed that breakfast was included and stated they would immediately email the hotel. Despite receiving this email, which clearly instructed the hotel to either provide breakfast or offer compensation, the manager still refused, with the perplexing excuse that Agoda had not provided an “official revised confirmation.” To add insult to injury, he then presented us with a bill for THB 2,300 to cover the cost of the phone calls made to the local Agoda office. Regardless of the cause of the confusion, the manager knew it was not our fault and that we were not trying to cheat. He could have easily resolved the issue by honoring the breakfast, which would have cost the hotel nothing extra since it was a buffet. Instead, he chose to ruin our birthday celebration by making us jump through hoops and suffer further financial losses. This experience speaks volumes about how much they value their customers.
