Ordered a regular & light bowl today for lunch takeout. The staff gave me very little portion for toppings compared to other outlets. The regular bowl felt like a light bowl. The rice also not enough. Hope can be generous next time in their servings otherwise not full and not worth the money. Properly will visit other outlets instead. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve been a regular at the Telok Ayer branch over the years and the Light bowl has always been good enough for me in terms of the amount of fish given. Imagine the rude shock when I saw how much fish is being put into the bowl at Raffles Place branch. The circled portion of salmon was a pitiful and I am seriously unsure that it is 100g. 4 cubes of tuna marked out in the photo as well - I hope that amounts to 50g. The bowls I’ve had at Telok Ayer, despite being a light bowl was full to cover the marking around the bowl, unlike this outlet. Overall after finishing the bowl, I feel like I could do with a snack in order to be satiated. I seriously hope the Poke Theory team can look into the portion of the protein served. Had a terrible experience, front staff was really rude raising voice at customers during lunch rush hour. The worst part was that I ordered a REGULAR bowl and the pieces of fish were so pathetic. I told the next staff who was helping me with toppings and I said are you sure this is regular why is the portion so small? Then she looked back at the rude staff and asked “this is light portion..?” The rude staff insisted it’s 100g and the kinder staff just smiled cus she knew the portion was so pathetic. I’ve frequented poke theory many times and I won’t be back. Don’t come here if you want a well balanced high protein meal, had no choice but to top up tofu to increase my protein portion lol.
