I’m a regular here and no complaints about the food. However the listing mentions closing time is 8 pm, I tried to place an order at the counter at 7:42 pm and the staff said “her” last order is at 7:40. Would appreciate if someone can confirm if this is the official policy to set expectations.

Hi Abha, thank you for your review. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologise for the confusion regarding the closing time during your visit. Our official store closing time is indeed 8:00 pm, and the last order should be accepted accordingly. On the day you visited, the part-timer that closing the Tanglin outlet alone and unfortunately due to personal reasons, had to leave earlier and decided to stop taking orders earlier than usual. We have since addressed this internally - The team member has been spoken to accordingly and reminded of the proper procedure. Please rest assured that this is not the standard practice, and we will ensure that our staff follow the official closing time consistently so that future customers do not encounter similar issues. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to continue serving you reliably at Tanglin and our other outlets.

love the food but awful customer service. I ordered from classpass for pick up at 10:30, instead of explaining to me nicely that I should come back - the server got frustrated with me. at first i was just getting angry but okay i left and came back calmly. then he gave me a prepacked order. and I told him I’m sorry but I cannot take it because I want the kimchi removed and the nuts removed. he was telling me some bs that I can’t do that, mind you I have been buying from this for months already and I know that you CAN remove just CANNOT replace. I’m allergic to nuts. But he insisted and got so frustrated with me. so I got mad back. I’m the customer why should I let him pour his anger out on me? I asked him why he has been acting like that and that I’ve been so patient with him. He ended up letting me re-do my order but he was slamming and throwing everything while doing so. I told him he’s acting as if it’s my fault? and I got so mad I instinctively slammed the table but not as loud as he was being. I got my order correctly and I’m sure it’ll taste nice. But I would rather not eat Poke Theory again than risk being served by that server again. (order is January 24 11:06am)
