Wanted to get a bowl, but the 2 available staff (who glanced 2-3 times at me) were busy prepping their own stuff and didn't seem like they wanted to serve me. When one of them finally decided to serve me, it was with an attitude that they'd rather be anywhere else but here. Multiple toppings such as charred broccoli, sesame beansprouts and egg whites (just to name the few that I wanted to get, there were a few more) were all unavailable. What's the point of staying open to serve customers if so many of your toppings are going to be unavailable. The sauce station was also messy. First time visiting and I'm inclined to make it my last. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

went yesterday at around 11pm, it was my first time trying poke theory i went in and it was decently crowded but as soon as i joined the line the staff were rushing me and since it was my first time i had to look and read what i wanted but i just felt like the staff was trying to get me to go faster the male staff kept saying “and then and then”, which was quite surprising since i there were only like 2-3 people behind me. Ended up paying for $20 worth of food because i was scared if him LOL the food was good tho i would come back when its less busy and the staff is less stressed. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
