Please handle the meat properly! I love the flavours available at Poke Love but it’s given me and my friends food poisoning way too many times. Reassuring to see other reviews here that they’ve also experienced bad poisoning from this place. I can’t go there again. Such a shame. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a vegetarian meal from this poke bar tonight, but it included chicken. When I contacted the company, they dismissed it as a “minor mistake” and refused to offer a replacement or refund. As someone who follows a vegetarian diet for both dietary and ethical reasons, I believe this is a serious oversight. It could have been easily fixed, but instead, I was met with rudeness and dismissal. I’m disappointed with the lack of attention to customer needs and service. I won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1
