I ordered a vegetarian meal from this poke bar tonight, but it included chicken. When I contacted the company, they dismissed it as a “minor mistake” and refused to offer a replacement or refund. As someone who follows a vegetarian diet for both dietary and ethical reasons, I believe this is a serious oversight. It could have been easily fixed, but instead, I was met with rudeness and dismissal. I’m disappointed with the lack of attention to customer needs and service. I won’t be returning. Poké Love is actually the best poké bowl ive ever had! I'm not expert, but their bowls are always fresh and lively, and their pre-composed bowl options are all very excellent! Poké Love has become a go-to restaurant for us, delicious, speedy, and very healthy! Give them a try, you won't regret it!
