My favourite bar in all of Tokyo, no questions asked! The bar is a beautiful homage to the one and only Bob Dylan, and Tokyo Bob (the owner) is a gem of a person. Lovely regulars, excellent live music every few weeks, amazing music every night and a great selection of drinks and beers. I couldn’t imagine a better bar if I tried: thank you Tokyo Bob, for making a small part of a very foreign city feel like home for 3 months. Polka dots will be the first place I go when I’m back in Tokyo one day Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
