While the standard menu is somewhat Koreanized, the chef was willing to substitute has a genuine sense for western flavors. We ordered the asparagus pasta aglio olio style, along with vegetarian tomato pasta. But it would have been hard to do that without speaking Korean. Bread, balsamic, and oil to start were on point. The wreath salad features a lovely orange dressing more typical of East Asia but very well suited. Dessert is complimentary vanilla ice cream and caramelized banana, expertly rendered.
