By far, the best meal and dining experience I’ve had in Hong Kong. Amazing signature dishes and western delights. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150

The staff club restaurant is now called U Green. And it's still for members only (at least the person paying has to be). They got this nice lunch set where you can add a salad or choose the salad buffet. The coffee or tea is also self- served so you can drink more than one. The grilled salmon was quite crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside. It comes with grilled veggies. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $150–200
