I planned on eating at a different local Thai spot everyday of my stay on Phi Phi, but I found Pooky on my 2nd day and I continued to come here for dinner for the rest of my stay. The food is incredibly good, the portions are more than expected, and the prices are more than fair for the quality and quantity. I had the Pad Thai first (120bt), then Tom Yum soup (200bt), and lastly I had the Penang curry (120bt). 11/10 for everything. Easily my favorite place to eat on the island and maybe even Thailand. She is a one woman operation so be patient if there are others there, it will be worth it! Next time I return to this island I will definitely be stopping by Pooky to try more dishes!
