Customer Complaint: I am very disappointed with the behavior of one of your staff members during my recent visit. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Her tone was aggressive, and her attitude toward customers was unacceptable. To help identify her: she is a heavy-set woman with black hair, and she was serving pizza at the time. Her behavior left a very negative impression and made the entire experience unpleasant. I strongly urge management to take appropriate action to address this issue and to ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
