There's no lift Which is acceptable. But there is no porter to help us with our luggages. We girls had to carry 20 kg luggages to 3rd floor. Room amenities are old but works well. Location is excellent, just opposite to the beach. Their swimming pool is clean as well. And i also wanted to store our luggage for 1-2 hours as our flight was at night, they charged 100 baht for each luggage. Service: 1

Hello. Your reservation is for 1 night. We have not mentioned anywhere that there is a lift so kindly read the details of available amenities next time before making a reservation. Thank you.

Absolutely lovely hotel with the kindest staff I have ever met! They took such good care of my family with small kids, rooms were cleaned every day and the best was the cool swimming pool and the lovely gardens. It is obvious that the owner and the manager lady and cleaning staff work very hard as you see them continuosly cleaning the areas. There was also a company coming 3 times a week to clean the pool in addition to the hotel stadd doing it all the time. The beds were so comfortable in our 2 bedroom suite that we did not feel like waking up :) The beach is just across the road from the hotel and there were 2 lovely and economical restaurants there with sun loungers. We booked for 1 week but then enjoyed it so much that we extended one more week at a great price for the fantastic location and facilities. Plenty of restaurants around catering to all types of visitors from different backgrounds. Highly recommended!!! Service: 5
